Everything was 100 %. I think this is the first time in my life I have said that. It shipped on time, delivered on time and works perfectly. I did have to make a couple of adjustments to my pool valves to get the flow pressure correct. Thanks to Hayward for sending a flow valve with the sweeper it only took a couple of minutes to get it working correctly. Thank you Hayward and Pool Supply for the great sweeper and GREAT SERVICE. Customer Service Poor. 1* I placed an order on Saturday March 23rd 2019 and on Sunday March 24th 2019 decided I could not clean my own pool as there was a lot more to it than I thought after going on line to see what to do. However, I called the company on Sunday March 24th 2019 to find they were not open. So I sent an email cancelling my order the same day. I then called them in the morning on Monday March25th 2019 to confirm my cancellation and to make sure it was done. I spoke to John. A few hours later I received a refund for 1 item only. I then called them back and they said it was too late that the order had been processed. How could they cancel 1 item. I called Fed-ex to stop delivery. They had only just picked the order up. The company could of stopped this order, but obviously chose not too. I cancelled in time to stop all this. Now they want to charge a refusal fee and also a re-stocking fee. I would not recommend this company to anyone. My experience was absolutely horrible. I did everything I could to stop this order and they did very little.
