Placed an order and was given an "on your doorstep" date of a week. When I went to track the order 6 days later it was in "process". Called the company and was specifically told it would be delivered the "next day". Finally, I received information from the shipper and they had just received it and it would be on my doorstep in a week. Turns out that nothing was done with the order for a week until I contacted PoolSupplyWorld. I called again to find out what was going on and how to remedy the tardiness of the shipment. I was told that "not one person in the entire company could help me help me" and then was "disconnected." Great prices if you can stand horrendous service and outright mis-truths. My business is going elsewhere.

I had great help by phone on picking out my replacement pump and I got it shipped to my home and it is already installed, great people, to work with.

I would have put 0 stars if I had the option. I purchased an item. I installed it and removed it the same day as it was the wrong part. They refused to exchange it. They obviously did not want my business or else they would have made it right. Please don’t waste your time with this company.

Quick shipping, lowest price I found new

All this money and the cell only lasted 3 months. Then I received a replacement that lasted less than a year. Since they only warranty the item for one year, i paid for only a 1 year usable product. What a scam. I can buy a new one for 269. Most likely getting the cells refurbished in China. I will never buy from PoolSupplyWorld again. Dwight

Ordered a pump and FedEx lost it. Pool Supply World assured me I would have one in two days. Two days pass and I call to only be told it hadn’t shipped and a supervisor would have to call me back. Two hours later I call back and speak to a supervisor that was no help. All I wanted at this time is my money returned. Still waiting for a supervisor to call me about that. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
