This salt cell is the 3rd replacement cell I bought in 20years and it is the 1st one that works correctly. The readings it shows on my system board is accurate based on independent testing. The OEM Hayward cells never indicated correctly and caused me to over salt and add unneeded chemicals. The accuracy of this new cell from Pool Supply World is perfection personified. Thanks for having it available in your catalog of pool items.My pool is the envy of the community due to its age of 46 years. Package was leaking granules; loose granules in bottom of box and on lid of bucket. Box obviously mishandled by FedEx in shipping, but it could have been packaged better. Already have reported this to PSW.

I purchased a product that pool supply world claims reduces cynuric acid. When I ordered the product pool supply world asked me to review my purchasing experience. I informed them that the purchasing experience is only the first step in the experience. I told them the next steps are delivering the product in a timely manner and if the product actually works. It's been 9 days now and I have not received the product. They charged my credit card on day one. The jury is still out. I will submit a final review if and when I receive the product. I just heard from pool supply world. After waiting 10 days they informed me the product Is back ordered. I told them to cancel my order and refund and remove the charge from my credit card They told me that would 7 to 10 days.
