I bought a Polaris 65 for my above ground pool. It didn’t fit my return valve so I had to return it. The return process was ridiculously long and I’m now out of pocket $43.50 ($15 return fee and 15% restock fee). I will never buy from this company again!!!

TERRIBLE customer service and communication. They have no interest in helping customers out or fixing an issue. I was told I will receive a call from a supervisor "soon", but nothing for 8+ hours (I'm still waiting). I will NEVER use them again; there are so many options out there, chances are ANY choice is better than them!
