Order placed and received . All good

I received my order when I was told I would receive it. The product was exactly what I ordered and fit my hot tub precisely. I will order from Pool Supply World again!

Quick delivery and easy to order!

Careful who in customer service you talk too....after being told the item was the correct one...they sent the wrong size and now charging me a return shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee! Repeat business and customer satifaction is apparently not intended .

Great transaction. Thank you pool supply world.

Motor was delivered on the predicted day, but there was never a confirmation other than "processing" at the vendor site. I was worried that there was a delay and that my pool would go several more days before the pump was fixed. When I chatted with someone online, they didn't have any update on the status. Then all of a sudden it was delivered. Definitely need better customer communication, and shipment confirmation and tracking.
