I ordered sand filter and pump combo kit, after 3 weeks it finally showed up or so I thought. the box only had hosed and hose clamps. I contacted their customer service was told to send pictures of what I recieved, which I did. I heard nothing for 5 days from them, I called them again only to find out they didn't do anything about. I was told by the customer service rep. KARA, that the order would ship out in 2 days, that's been 3 days ago, I've heard nothing, I'll have to call again.It's now been 5 weeks since I order from them and I have nothing Do not ever buy anything from them, worst customer support I've ever seen, no one there cares about the customer. Stay away for this company they don't care.

Great customer service to ensure I ordered proper replacement grids for a DE Filter. Very impressed on how clear the water is after installing the new grids. Definitely recommend the Pleatco grids.
