If I could give them zero stars I would. Called them and explained the pool light model I had and being it was an older model asked which one I should order. The told me the part number and took my order over the phone. When it arrived it looked too big for the niche so called back and was told I could try and wait until my installer came and see if it fit. Installer came and it was too big, I called them back and they asked for pictures, I sent them pictures and then they told me oh you put it in the pool we wont take it back now. how else do you tell if it is going to fit? Now no refund no exchange nothing but rudeness. Stay far away from this company. Wish I would have seen all these reviews before I ordered from them. Buyer beware

They shipped me a DE filter where the first was damaged and the replacement had a broken bleed tube filter. At that point, they said that the second part was not part of it even though it was in the box and even though the bigger mode shows it in the pictures on the site. If there is a way by which they can try and squeeze you for a few more bucks or find a loophole in any of their commitments - THEY WILL TAKE IT! If you are looking for a fair company with great customer service - go elsewhere!

Bought $100 battery/motor box for watertek pool blaster max from pool supply unlimited in June 9, 2022. New unit charged normally when used first time. However, new unit would not accept charge in mid Sept. Called pool supply unlimited and their position is they have no obligation for selling faulty equipment; take it up with the manufacturer. My warning to you is beware of their shoddy business practice. You’d be well ahead purchasing items from the manufacturer rather than pool supply unlimited.

On 08/08/2022 I bought a Maytronics motor for my Nautilus Pool Vac. the motor arrived and I did a bench test to make sure it worked.It was sporadic and then wouldn't work at all. Pool supply unlimited wouldn't deal with the issue pushing me off to Maytronics because I tested the motor and invalidated the warranty. matronics response through pool Supply Unlimited was that this was an exchange and the motor was brand new. today I finally decided to open the water tight motor box to look at the motors. I was very surprised to see the box was 3/4 full of muddy murky water. No wonder the motors wouldn't function , I'm surprised they worked at all. The screws on the motors were rusty and there was calcium deposits on the motor housing. I have contacted citi Cards about the incident and they are investigating. Stay far away from Pool Supply Unlimited , they are not a reputable business

Nobody answers the phone. Will only talk via email. RED FLAG… bought a diving board. It arrived liked it went through a war. Pool supply Unlimited acted like it was my problem, not theirs. They did nothing for me. When someone finally did call me, they said they can’t do anything and hung up. Idk how business like this don’t get shut down

Do not buy from this store!! They charged me over $1,400 for a product they said was in stock and would be delivered within 8-9 days. Never received my part so I called this week. They said they didn’t know what happened to it and that they would get back to me. They never contacted me so I called this morning. They said the tracking system went down and that they wouldn’t know where the product for the next few days. I asked what happened when I called earlier in the week. They didn’t know. This is when I started getting frustrated because I feel like they will say anything to get a sale no matter if it’s true. I asked for the representatives name and he refused to provide it to me. I asked to speak with a manager and he said they weren’t there. I asked to have a manager call me back and he said they wouldn’t call me until next week. This company’s customer service is absolutely horrible. They only reason I purchased from them is because I was told the item was in stock. Such a joke. Complete waste of time and money.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. Said they wouldn't send us the product because they looked up the address and there was no pool in the backyard of the address they were shipping to. Said the only way they could send it is if we give them a wire transfer even though they had the money on hold on my card. do not use this company

Order # 03978840 I left several messages and spoke with a gentleman 10 days ago and sent several emails to get my refund for the backorder pump but nothing happened and one returned my calls or emails. I'm going to disputed with my CC card company and will report that refund issue to BBB to start with. I will never buy from you again
