Sometimes our emails go to the spam folder in customers emails, please look there for a response. As far as warranty goes, all our items are warranted through the manufacturer. To register for warranty, you will need to go through the manufacturer of your pool light.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. Usually, this manufacture has a two-week lead time, but they fell behind during summer and we could not get a lead time from them.
