Read the BBB complaints to see how shady this company is. Tennis bracelet broke on first wear. Shipped broken one back at my expense of $25. Received a replacement which broke AGAIN on first wear. Shipped back again for $25 after being told I’d get a refund. They did a 180 and instead shipped a lower quality bracelet after it was documented I did not want one and the forms were submitted for a refund. Run far away!

This company is an absolute joke when it comes to customer service and keeping promises. It’s been 12 days and counting for an item that said would ship overnight. The customer service representatives that answer the phone aren’t actually at the company and offer no real help whatsoever. Buyer Beware!!

I ordered lab-grown Certified 2.00Ct Pear Solitaire Diamond Pendant 14k Yellow Gold Necklace (D-E, VS) on 12/15/2023 and paid for the $11 or so for Fed-ex delivery for it to be delivered by Christmas. It arrived on 12/23/2023. It's beautiful and my GF loves it. I see some adverse reviews here, but since my experience was good I want to share. Maybe I got lucky or maybe they've made changes.

Terrible company, fraudulent information on website. Stated that items will arrive by Christmas if ordered by 12/20, ordered before then and it will not even ship until January. Now I don’t have a gift for my family. Awful company as customer service did nothing to help.

I ordered 2 1/4 carat natural diamonds to replace a pair I lost. My lost pair were that size. They came, and I'd say they are around 3/4 carat each, so 1 1/2 carats total. They certainly aren't anywhere near the size of the listing photo, or the earrings I was attempting to replace. Although I haven't had them tested, from my experience buying and owning other natural diamonds, I have a suspicion that they might be lab grown. They certainly look it.

The stones in the earrings I just bought, are fake. And to think I had paid $500.00 for them. They said they shipped out 1 carat stones, but most like 1/8 or 1/4. I had sent an email, no response.

I live in Arizona and it arrived from Illinois within 3 days. Did not pay for quicker shipping either. Ring size was 6.5. Most beautiful ring I've ever worn on my finger. Buy buy buy. Don't second guess. Just do it! 2nd time purchasing from them and both times I've been very highly satisfied.

Bad STAY AWAY! I was told that they would see if I qualify to make payments on a ring. They said it would not impact my credit to see if I qualified. It took my credit score down 15 points! They are very untrustworthy. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID. Go to a reputable dealer. I will take my 12 thousand else where.
