After I challenged this, support stopped providing a meaningful resolution. I later found multiple similar complaints involving wrong or defective items, return charges, and fees being waived only after escalation. If this happens to you: save screenshots, keep all correspondence, dispute through your payment provider, and consider escalating through the **BBB**. Would not buy here again.

The absolute worst nightmare... When you call customer service, they are only an answering service! you will never reach a person from the actual company! Ring shows delivered however I was home to accept and sign the ring... The ring was never delivered despite showing delivered be aware!!

Purchased a 5-carat lab-grown diamond eternity band in 14K gold. After just 13 months of careful wear, one of the diamonds fell out. I take excellent care of my jewelry, even wearing protective gloves for household chores. When I contacted Pompeii3, their only response was that the warranty had expired and they would not provide a complimentary repair. No offer to inspect the ring or discuss a possible solution. A diamond eternity band should last years, not months. The workmanship and the company’s response have left me with little confidence in either their jewelry or their customer service.

absolutely beautiful sparkly 3 carat cushion, my only wish is that i’d gone w the thicker band as this one is quite thin. Also it’s more of an elongated cushion which wasn’t stated but drop-dead stunning! Would repurchase. My 5th purchase from Pompeii & not my last!

Ordering a ring from them and from them and forgot to use dicount code so I called talked to a person.They said order could not be canceled . They said talk to service. I said I would call back. Monday. But service texted me and said they would cancel order and I could order using the code and refund my money. Then all of a sudden I get a email my order shipped on Monday. They opened a new order and shipped the ring without me saying I wanted to reorder . I have the email saying they canceled the order. I believe this is illegal and pretty sad business ethics.
