The review instructions ask for me to be honest and instructive. OK, Be a better business to your customer!! There is no customer service!! I sent a ring back for size exchange. They approved the exchange and provided the mail address. USPS tracking said they received 2/12/24, but I can't get an answer for when I will get my replacement. No answers to phone calls, no answers to Messages, no answers to emails. Do not do business with this company if you expect to have good customer service or get your money's worth. I am out $1400 and may have to pursue legal actions.

I gave it one star because I couldn’t provide any less of a rating however, it’s been a 60 day saga and I still have not received my husband’s ring which I ordered for him on December 15 of 2023 for a Christmas present. I received it on the 30th. It was too small and I sent it back on 31 December 2023 here we are 60 days late February 14 and I still have not received the ring and I’m consistently being told that it was delivered, but it was not. In fact, an attempt was made on February 3, which was a Saturday at 7 o’clock at my place of employment, and because no one was there to sign for it it was sent back to, the original company so I suggest you not do business with these individuals because they’re totally incompetent and they’re not accountable, oh and as it stands I am out of two thousand dollars …Thank you.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I spent over $6500, waited weeks for shipping - my items were shown as delivered in the US when I live in the UK. Paid $900 in tax and customs charges and received a parcel containing 5 EMPTY BOXES and a parcel containing earrings. COMMUNICATION IS ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING, I called my bank in tears as I have had NO RESPONSE to my emails asking for a refund for a ring that was specially ordered and NEVER SENT….so cruel. I’m devastated.

This is THE worst company!! Do not purchase anything from this site!! The jewelry is cheap because it is cheaply made and awful. Getting in touch with anyone is virtually impossible!!

Pompeii3 is in the process of screwing me out of $900. I returned a ring via the post office and have proof of delivery that it was delivered on January 2nd, 2024. They have yet to acknowledge the return after many emails and phone calls. I’ve been promised twice that it will be escalated, only to be lied to up to this point. They are a bad company and I’ll never do business with them again after having purchased a few items from them. Update 1/25/24 After several more emails, Pompeii finally issued a refund for the return. While I understand things do fall through the cracks, nobody should have to be put through what they put me through in trying to collect a refund when I did everything correct on my end. Based on other reviews about this company, I should have expected this to occur since you cannot contact customer service directly as they don’t give you individual email addresses. You must call, and hope the CSR actually cares enough to do their job properly. The company as a whole is poorly run and secretive in terms of having multiple options to contact them. In today’s technology age, you’d think a company would want to do better and be fully transparent, but sadly, it’s not the case with Pompeii.

Not all reviews are created equal and I am glad I decided to take a chance with them. It seemed many negative reviews applied to shipping time. I don’t think many people took the time to read more carefully. I bought mine through a third party, and I admit the quick view did indicate 3 day arrival, but if you actually read further, it clearly states a later delivery estimate, or at least for me it did. The ring arrived a couple days early and they were quick to notify me of the shipment and arrival updates. The ring arrived and it’s beautiful, it came high quality ring box and exactly as described. I can’t believe the quality for the price. No one knows what the future holds but I was delivered a gorgeous ring that I’m very happy with.

This company makes junk do not buy from them waste of money. Sending ring in for the second time in 9 months. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS
