I never received the item ordered and Pompeii did little to nothing to help. The worse part is it was a wedding gift that I wanted to present to my wife and it never came and now a week later I am still dealing with issues. I am starting to think they are running a scam with FedEx. They claim my package was delivered but they have no proof. I have cameras outside my house…I have proof that it wasn’t delivered. I would advise that you avoid this business because clearly they do not care about their customers.

purchased an over $1500 wedding set wore 4 times, not to work in just on outings & lost 2 mini stones, the company did not want to refund if it wasn't for my 3 year walmart warranty plan thankfully walmart took care of it but very low quality prongs and zero shine to the main diamond - would not buy especially from this company

Bought matching necklace and earrings but received an empty packet!! Seller could not have cared less! Would have been fleeced for £700 if PayPal hadn’t found in my favour! Avoid.

This ring would be beautiful if the craftsmanship was decent on it. I tried to take the ring to 3 different jewelry stores to try to get it resized (rather then to ship the ring back to pompeii) and all three jewelers would not even consider resizing due to how poorly the diamonds are placed. The head of the diamond is very crooked as you can see in the picture attached. Almost none of the side diamonds are placed evenly, they are either pushed down way to far or also crooked. I already tried calling customer service to get the ring replaced or refunded and they will not do either because the ring was purchased over 30 days ago (I just received it as gift). The only thing they will do is resize it and fix UP TO 3 of the diamonds. This rings need a lot more attention then only up to 3 of the diamonds. It is very sad and discouraging that they are standing behind the workmanship of this ring. **My added comments below are directed towards trying to leave a review directly on the pomeii website. I would also like to add that I've been trying to submit this review with ONE STAR and it keeps "not posting". I tried submitting with a better star selection, and there it is!!!! 4 stars is the least amount it will let me give and show up for everyone to see. ALSO, my previous post that did show up for everyone to see yesterday was just deleted today. The fact that the company does not allow negative honest feedback, with pictures supporting it, says a lot about how they run their business and just how much they actually care about their customers. I will continue to check on this and repost my review as necessary. Thank you.

Pompeii3 is one of the best jewelry online store that has very good prices and are delivering a stunning quality on all their stones and gold. Exactly as shown on the picture, beautiful from every aspect . Production took about 4 days and shipment which was free by FedEX 4 days. A wonderful experience, thank you Pompeii3 ❤️

I total agree! They have person by the name of April who is rude and is a liar! I order rings believing I would get them before Christmas needless to say it did not happen. I even switch to a ring that says it shipped in a day I actually ordered two. I have a lot of emails that I was lied to. I had to ask to speak to a Manager three times before the operation manager Kelly called. Then she says to me via email I was told the day I switched orders to order one by April which was a lie. I can so emails where i continued to ask would I receive them by Christmas it continued to change. Once I asked Kelly to show me proof or the email stating I should order one none was given. Just an email explaining I will get a tracking when they were finished being produced. They have the worse customer service I have ever experienced and I also work retail. If you have proof I was told to order one why could it not be produced. There was none that’s why. I even paid for expedited shipment and still nothing!! I have emails that I am totally willing to post from Pompeii3 and myself!

SO NOT WORTH IT!!!!!! Like everyone else as a new couple starting off we didn't have a ton of money but wanted a nice real ring. For starters the size was so off I had to return it. It was such a long back and forth process that I didn't have it in time for the wedding. When they sent me the correct size the solitaire ring was missing!!!!!!! So I had to go back and forth again with them to prove I didn't steal it but they just flat out didn't ship it back! When I got the correct size back it was the crappiest quality it was so disappointing! One of the diamonds on my band was so obviously muddy next to the other ones it looked like a random brown diamond and a band full of white diamonds. Of course they wouldn't do anything about that. When you later one of the diamonds fell out. I'm completely heartbroken! The whole point was to just get a nice ring. I wasn't expecting perfectly clear-cut diamonds, just consistency and enough quality to keep it together. None of which this ring has! I will be spending twice the amount of money I would have spent if I just would have gone the reputable company. I would have rather bought a fake ring and saved up money versus buying this crappy real ring and going through this! Not to mention our customer service is crappy at best!

I ordered a ring from this website but it looked drastically different when it arrived. Looked cheaper and the stone which was supposed to be refracted morganite was a cloudy and dull in colour. The metal was light and felt cheap. Sent it back and got a refund but not for shipping. Be careful.
