Business response 06/05/2024 Hello, As stated before, if the item got worked on by a separate jeweler we can no longer repair the item as this voids you warranty because we cannot guarantee any work done by another jeweler. This is stated in your warranty paper that was also sent to you. If no work has been done and the item still needs to be repaired we will happily take a look at the item. Customer response 06/06/2024 Complaint: 21770602 I am rejecting this response because: As I had stated before the business did not respond for the repairs to be done. They did not hold up to their part of the extended warranty which states the warranty covers repairs & resizing (see attached). I tried numerous times to follow the agreement of the warranty but was left with no other options than to have repairs done elsewhere because the company would not reply. We could not have engagement pictures and wedding pictures with missing diamonds. I feel they voided the extended warranty & should refund the $49.99 paid for the warranty and atleast $150 towards the cost we had to pay for repairs. Sincerely, ****** & ****************

Terrible company do not do buisness with them..

Like a fool I went to there web site and read there outstanding (FAKE) reviews I went on trustpilot to see how big of a rip off this company really is. My emails said still processing. I called the fake customer service people and they said they couldn't do anything. So you just waste your time calling them. I tried to cancel on line. I finally get a email that it would be shippen about 3 weeks and then They would start the process of returning the ring. They said they would send me return shipping label. They first said it was valued at $17,000 but was going to sell it to me for only $2,600. I then ask for an appraisal. They said they normally charge a fee but they wanted me to give a good review so they gave it to me for free. They sent it to me and said it was valued at $13,000. They are a rip off company. I am sending them a certified letter at a cost of $125 and start the legal process. They use affirm funding and they will not cancel the order until they receive first payment and then call them back. Both companies are scammers beware

Do yourself a favor and stop looking at all their pretty pictures of jewelry and imagining in your mind about the good deal you would be getting. After sending the rings back to be fixed a sized properly we FINALLY got them back..several days later the diamonds in the halo starting falling out one by one. We took the ring to a local jeweler to potentially get it fixed, and they said craftsmanship was so poor and materials so flimsy that they wouldn’t even work on it. Luckily, they were able to salvage the main stone and reset it in their own stronger prongs. I asked him to be responsible for their shawty workmanship and inferior material, but still have not heard anything from them. Do yourself a favor and quit looking at their jewelry as a viable option because it is not.

I filed complaints with ftc and better business bureau. They agreed to fix my ring and I only pay shipping to them. I then closed my complaint with BBB. Then they turn around and lie to me and say they are not fixing it for free. They alleged I never paid for warranty but this is not true. Oddly enough they also claimed initially there was no order record even after I proved I spent $1000+. I am very disappointed with customer service and quality of merchandise. The gem fell out due to improper placement. I am waiting still for them to stand by their word. Hopefully FTC can help and BBB again as this company is not legit.

Purchased a ring from them and I didn't like it, they happily accepted return. I ended up getting another and the quality was great. Came quickly and securely. Customer service was helpful and efficient! Just ordered a diamond necklace for myself. I have no reason to doubt it will also be amazing! UPDATE received my 1.5 carat necklace early! It's stunning. I can't understand how others gave a bad review. I have had 2 excellent purchases with them.

Was excited to purchase based on very good website marketing and reasonably good reviews. However, my milestone life event purchase never arrived as it was returned to sender based on a delivery address mistake by Pompei . Then they never reshipped and ghosted me and blocked my contacts causing me to dispute with my credit card issuer. Unbelievable and certainly NFL - “ not for long”- Buyer beware . I just received my custom order diamond ring. I did have a quality concern with another order but they worked with me on my issue and went over the top with this ring. Stunning… stunning… stunning RING. No picture can show how beautiful this ring is! Pompeii3 exceeded my expectations with this custom order ring. Educate yourselves so you can order the stone and ring that will make you happy. This lab diamond is just over 4 carats, E color, Excellent cut, VS2. The delivery of the custom order was a few weeks but WOW!!! Know what you are buying. Pompeii3 - I LOVE my ring. Thank you so very, very much!
