I placed an order for an engagement ring and paid $17.99 for Federal Express 1-2 day shipping. After 5 days of not receiving tracking information, I sent customer service an email for a status update and their response was “Rome was not built in a day, it takes time to manufacture my ring and my item will be shipping by 3/31. My order was placed on 3/15. The website does not say anything about manufacturing. It states will ship in 1-2 days from our warehouse, so I requested a refund of my expedited shipping charges. I was told that my ring would be shipped USPS if they refunded my money. This is my 3rd time buying from them and will be my last. Beware……they are not trust worthy. I finally received the ring on 3/29. It's pretty but it was not worth the hassle.

poor quality diamond and not the size advertised

Bad experience I bought a diamond bracelet from Pompeii3. When i got the item the gem quality was not at all what what i had ordered. The gem quality was very low and very far from the ordered quality. I returned the item with all the hustle of duties etc and the return document from pompeii3 was not usable as the value was not defined in a currency. When Pompeii3 got the item back they apologised and said that they had shipped the wrong item. After discussing the issue with them for some time they agreed to refund the return shipment as well as the item. So i have payed 100USD for the shipment to me that they wont refund and got a lot of difficulties with shipping, duties, customer service etc.. because they shipped an inferior product to the product i ordered. So a bad experience and it seems suspicious that they "accidentely" ship an item with inferior gem quality.

Ordered earrings to Canada, earrings were milky and flawed. Returned as I was supposed to (From Canada) but US Post does not have to update tracking - so there is no tracking after it gets to the States. Company claims not to have received it and I have no recourse. Do not buy if you’re outside of the US.

The 1/2 carat diamond studs earrings were only .45 carat, and were of such low quality, color and clarity, that they didn't look real at all. I'm returning them

I purchased a Necklace for my Daughter as a Xmas gift. I paid for the upgrade on the chain. It is the Cheapist thing i've ever seen for the price. Really not worth it. This is the first and last time I by Jewlrey without seeing it first and I will never by from this company again

Found this company on sears, while searching for a pair of diamond studs. They seemed to have the best prices and I thought this light ne to gold to be true. I called and spoke with a sales rep April she was so nice to speak with and helpful. I was a little nervous about ordering from an online company. The earrings I ordered were 1.50ct. They are stunning. The same pair was over $2000 locally, I paid a 1/3 of that. I even had them checked and everything was spot on. Couldn’t be happier finding pompeii3. I’ll be back!

Beautiful ring, however. I was not very impressed with the ordering. I ordered the ring for our 40th anniversary. The ring says it ships in one day and I also paid extra for FedEx one day delivery. I received an email saying the ring would possibly be there almost a week after order was confirmed. This possibly could be after our anniversary. I emailed customer service and was told for an extra $125. they would put the ring ahead of the hundreds of orders before me ? I emailed back i could not afford anymore than the $1400. That I had already spent. A few hours later I decided to give in to this I feel extortion. I asked if I paid the $125. would it be there in time ? I heard back just over an hour and said the ring was being shipped out. The ring is really nice, however, the ordering process left a bad impression. Not wanting fedex to deliver to my home i chose a dollar general which handles fedex. It was delivered to the wrong store. I went into the store to get my package. It said to sign. ,have ID and show the qr code on your phone. The clerk asked me my name and handed me the package. I asked if she wanted the required documents and she said don't worry about it. So I was able to pick up a $1400. Ring without verification
