The Pokemon Company International, Inc.Reviews of pokemoncenter.com

Horrible. Bots run everything. Just check FB and Reddit. Most of us spend HOURS getting repeat kicked after hours waiting in a virtual queue. Wasted 6 hours today constantly trying to gain access to the website after leaving the tab open, not clicking anything, EVEN ON MOBILE, and the timer just increasing into oblivion while forcing you to refresh from an error 43. This website is clearly selling to prearranged bots that then scalp the market. I would not be surprised if pokemoncenter sells to themselves and then scalp them after the fact. It is better to give up on this hobby of collecting than to try and make it onto the website or buying from a scalper for 10X the cost. Horrible website, horrible hobby.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Their website needs a drastic overhaul.

Site allows to many bots to break their site while the honest people just trying to have a hobby with their kids are punished.

zero stars if i could give this website zeros stars or negative stars I would this is genuinely the worst website I have ever visited even scamy ad filled websites are better then this piece of trash.

Awful service top to bottom. Pre-ordered a package that was never delivered when available. The customer service kept saying it was ‘escalated’ and the ‘team’ was working on it. FIVE WEEKS LATER, finally contacted my bank for a refund. The issue has never been resolved on PC’s end and they ghosted me. BUYER BEWARE you get your items because they are a nightmare to deal with.

Horrible bots paradise.Created an account.Signed up for notifications.None.Received a message to sign up for new product and drops messages-none.Got in virtual line today-starting estimated time-3 hours 6 min.Jumped to almost 6 hours in a matter of 10 min by several increases! Then started to count down.In about an hour and a half-let me in Nothing new besides a couple of playmate! Remained site open checking every 10-15 min In about 30 min-" site aintanance".Sure enough-after maintamance " was completed -new Ascending Heroes collectible boxes marked "sold out" ! No wonder this entity does not have it's own review ap.Very shady or simply highly unprofessional establishment.Disgusting website handling. Some better people need to kick existing crew out and let real Pokemon enthusiasts and professional retail specialists turn it into a respected business.so far it is a wild west ..to put it lightly.

Never any stock. How about forcing everyone to provide a legal ID for any purchase. No real mechanism or limits in place to prevent scalpers or bots.
