The Pokemon Company International, Inc.Reviews of pokemoncenter.com

3rd time I’ve tried to order off this website. I was on at midnight and the etb box was already sold out, Said all the other sets were not available. Checked all day for availability then it’s sold out. The website is terrible for ordering and even just getting information. I enrolled for emails 3 times still haven’t received one. Website also crashes while trying to make orders Hopefully I can still get something from this collection for my kids

Horrible website. Constant Giltches. Unable to complete purchases at the very last moment and then it kicks you out. Never waste your time.

The worst online shopping experience. Broken queue system that randomly kicks you out, web page keeps crashing making you restart queue, Error 17 because I tried to autofill my login information, constantly out of stock on everything. And the best part is that they do absolutely nothing to fix these issues. They are the biggest IP in the world and they somehow do not have a better method of setting up online queues and stock? I would much rather wait over a year for something that is made to order instead of staring at a queue for 4 hours just to be told everything is OOS. They do nothing to help against scalpers and they continue to support other scalper retailers like Gamestop. Awful experience, website, and company

I had returned an item a month ago, and 3 weeks later, I have still not received a refund. After being told weeks ago this would be resolved quickly, I have heard nothing from them. When I have tried to contact them they have said they cannot do anything and will not put me through to anyone higher up. They have all been rude especially agent_Alanna. Would not recommend buying form them.

Other than the typical “you cannot get anything because of scalpers and bots”, their customer service and refunds— they are through and through SCAMMERS. Waiting for almost 3 months for a refund, over $100, NOTHING. The website crashes, does not block out scalpers and bots, its a really shitty website. Shitty customer service. They know how to take money and thats all.

Would give this site 0 stars if I could. Couldn't access my account since January and reached out multiple times about it and was repeatedly told they are 'working on it'. Reached out again 2 weeks ago without any reply at all. Horrible customer service, worse site. Multi-million dollar company folks!

They allow you to place orders and take your money and then never deliver items. Their customer support is unreachable. They make you wait for days to speak to someone and then immediately redirect you back to the start of the queue.

Every time there is a release I receive an email for pre-ordering but every time I press to order it has already been sold out. This has been going on for years, over and over again. Your company is supporting scalpers, criminals and other people that do not do this for the love of the game but for easy money. One of the lessons learned to the gen Z groups, which will lead to only more negative experiences for all users.
