My initial thought was this frickin hurts, and it’s loud. After a few days and still not seeing regrowth I’m quite pleased. It does take a few try’s to make sure you’re doing it right. But it gets easier.

This was ordered to remove coarse hair on my chin due to menopause but it dosnt work at all!! Dosnt remove them whatsoever and I still had to pluck them out with tweezers .Total waste of money and I’m struggling to find how to return it Don’t waste your money

Such a great product! I have started to develop fine peach fuzz on my cheeks and upper lip in the last couple years. It normally doesn't bother me, but when I wear foundation it is much more noticeable. I was shaving it for a while as needed, but it grew back so quickly. I hate waxing, so I was looking for a product so solve this issue. I was surprised at how painless the process is. The Pluxy quickly and virtually painlessly removed all my unwanted fine hairs! It takes a little finesse and getting used to to hold the tool at the correct angle, but I really had no issues at all using it. I would highly recommend this product!

Product is horrible...my skin got caught in it, no hair removed. I've tried several times ro get a refund...I will continue to post about this junk.

Following my review of April 10 stating that repeated queries after I returned the items as per the Return Policy AND their instructions were ignored, they replied quickly on this forum to give the impression of good customer service, but still did not respond to the email they'd asked me to send. Nor did they respond to my "contact us" chats on their website. Hopefully you will be pleased with your purchase, because their Return Policy is a myth. It's even worse that they had me return the products because now I've wasted a lot of money and can't even give them Pluxy and Accessories to a friend or relative. So I really feel my good faith has been abused. Shame on the Pluxy team for these poor business practices. UPDATE: PLUXY, despite the great-sounding reply on Trustpilot to impress the gallery, NO YOU HAVE NOT BEEN REPLYING TO MY EMAILS. I was apprehensive about purchasing the Pluxy as I have been disappointed in other online purchases in the past, but I am so glad I went ahead with this. I love using this device and it works better than excepted. Pluxy is easy to use and does a great job ridding facial hairs, so much better than waxing or tweezing. I highly recommend using Pluxy and am sure you will too. Just follow the instructions on how to use it and you will be more than happy you did.

I received my Pluxy yesterday and used it right away. It took a few minutes to get the hang of and was quite nippy to start with, however once I got the technique right it was plain sailing. The next time I use this it will already have paid for itself. I am so glad I chose to use some of my birthday money on this product. I would highly recommend
