Hi I love my Pluxy. It’s one of the best investments I’ve ever made! After menopause I could not keep up with my facial hair. I was spending $100’s of dollars on threading or waxing and still plucking on my own. Now I use my Pluxy every night, whether I have visible hairs or not. There may be one or two stubborn spots that I need to tweeze but I haven’t spent a dime on salon services in over a year. I also think my hair has gotten finer and more sparse from using the hair plucking process daily. It’s not easy to use at first, you have to make sure that the skin is pulled tight or it will grab your skin, but once you get the hang of it, you will love it. I know I do!

Pluxy’s customer service is professional and very helpful, I’m really impressed with the quality and luxury feel of the product, the product and packaging has a very premium feel. Brilliant value for money, especially with the generous buy one get one free offer plus the essentials kit freebie which adds more use to the product. I used to pluck with tweezers, but the experience now is totally about self care, which woman doesn’t need that to look the best? Every woman! I would recommend the Pluxy for someone who is looking for a simple easy self care experience.

Do something good for yourself, buy a plucky, it was the best purchase I’ve ever made. If you want all your facial hair to go away, then buy one, it’s not a miracle worker, but close to it. My hair was gone for about 3 and a half weeks, it takes time, to fully work, but it does, may sting at your first use, but it stops, make sure you firmly hold your skin a bit tight. Customer service is great 👍

Bought this product after reading glowing Facebook reviews (?) and was at the end of the purchase process before I realised that shipping would cost £11. I decided to continue because the money back guarantee would cover me if it wasn’t all it was cracked up to be, right? Received it, tried it and was utterly disappointed as it was nowhere near as good as my trusty Braun (felt quite scared to put it anywhere near my face and when I did it was useless). Contacted the company to return and then realised I would have to pay return shipping costs to the USA (approx £17) - admittedly my fault for not reading the terms and conditions properly. So for my initial £49 outlay it would have cost me about £28 shipping there and back! In response to my concerns they offered me a 30% immediate refund (£18) and I could keep the item - something tells me they may have done this many times before … I accepted the immediate refund because I couldn’t be bothered with the hassle of returning (and I gather refunds are not prompt if you do) and so I get to keep a useless item at a loss of £42 rather than sending it back at a loss of £28. It’s going in the bin and I’ve learned a valuable lesson - always check the small print (and where the item is shipped from)!
