The device I received was defective. It wouldn’t charge or even turn on when plugged in. I contacted them immediately. I was given instructions on returning it but was told they do not reimburse the return shipping fee for any reason.

I returned my epilator. A month and a half later, I have not received my money back. I ordered on Feb 1 and returned a few weeks later since return address was in question. It was received by them on March 15. It is April 9 now and I am still getting the run around.

I have tried other products in the past but still never got the results that I have had with pluxy . If it stings a little at first try a hot flannel on your face for 5 minutes let it open the pores and do it again. I found the pluxy very easy to use .

I LOVE this thing !! It gets those stubborn chin hairs out and then it’s longer and longer before they come back ! I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to for this . It is well worth the money and I am so so glad that I ordered it !! Now I need one for my legs !!
