It’s painless, but it’s just not very good. It definitely does not pluck very short hairs And I’m still having to use tweezers. Complete waste of money. Edit: I received an email from Pluxy advising me how to use the product, this was exactly how I had been using it as its information that is readily available on their website. Even when used exactly as instructed it’s just not very good.

This device does NOT remove hairs. It glides over them. I read all the wonderful 4 & 5 star reviews on their website, and was soo disappointed with this device. I wrote a 1 star review for them- THEY DIDN’T SHOW IT! Do not waste your money on this product. I think the 4/5 star reviews must be fake! Given the reviews on customer service, I’m putting this down to an expensive mistake!

I bought the epil pro 3 for face back in February 24. Had issues with facial hair. Daily plucking...some waxing...occasional shaving...tired of it all. Tried this and was very pleased with results. Decided to invest in epil pro body...it worked. Both took some a few tries to get use to but I LOVE them! Feel more confident...and saving time on the personal grooming! I will never go back to waxing or shaving or plucking regularly again!. Thank you Pluxy!

I received my Pluxy on December 10th and couldn't wait to use it! I washed and dried my face and made sure my Pluxy was completely charged. I did experience some slight pain as my facial hairs were being removed but really not much. It removed all the long black and white hairs on my chin as well as the ones around my mouth and under my nose. These hairs did not come back for 10 weeks. I did have problems with my second use because I didn't use soap and water to cleanse my face, instead, I used cold cream and toner. I will not do that again! My skin caught in the Pluxy and I had scabs where it was caught up. Otherwise, it did remove my hairs and I have to say, I had no more ugly long black hairs! I have used my Pluxy 4 times and, yes, my facial hair has diminished, not a lot, but I can tell, and no more ugly long hairs, black or white! Other than the skin catching problems, I have nothing bad to say about my Pluxy! I take care of it the way the package tells me. Easy as pie! Thank you, Connie West

Beware... do not waste your money. I've used elipolator's for year's. Usually Braun. After reading all the amazing reviews I was so excited I thought it was going to be absolutely amazing. Well that was short lived. First and only use, I still had hairs on my face and immediately after my face was irritated. Next morning big hard bumps (I did exfoliate, before using) Product does not fulfill any of the claims it makes. Does not pull out the smallest hairs, does cause face irritation and the return 100 % return policy is a complete joke. ( my fault for not reading completely). Do not put your trust in this product. Spend your money on a reliable brand.
