Beware returns policy! I purchased this product because it looked more effective for the stray facial hairs and I kept seeing the adverts on Instagram but it was no smaller or efficient than standard body epilators so I asked to return it .. I was told I had to return it to the US at my own expense to get a full refund and that was over a month ago and have heard nothing since .. these situations leave you powerless .. another reminder why it’s better to go via Amazon .. Update.. after spending £18 to return it to Texas and over a month later I can confirm I was refunded same day as I chased for progress.

A wonderful product. I saw this advertised on Facebook and was a bit sceptical at all the great reviews but it seemed good value and worth a try. I have to admit I’m amazed at how good it is. It makes a previously horrible and painful job very easy. It’s not even sore. I’ve only used mine twice and notice a big difference already. It also seems to get rid of short hairs that would be difficult with a tweezers. Have ordered the larger one now to sort out the rest of me!

With a few minutes of time you can remove those nasty hairs that come with age. Handy to have the Pluxy right in my bathroom so I can take care of growth whenever needed. I don’t have to wait for my monthly aesthetician visit so can keep ahead of the game. Shipping was slow but the company came through in the end and customer service was great.

Works awesome I am so pleased with my pluxy. It hurt a little when I first did it but it is fine now. I highly recommend it. No fun dealing with post menopausal facial hair but now with little work I have a smooth face.

Not only does my skin look and feel great. I also have no hairs. Hairless last for a month. How I ever did it without Pluxy, I have no idea.

This is not a review, but a question. I cannot get mine to turn on! Does it require a battery? I'm pressing the gray and pink tiny buttons, but nothing happens. I mis-placed the instruction booklet, so I'm flying solo as it were.

I've tried shaving, plucking and waxing, only to find myself doing the same every few days. I'm a low maintenance woman and Pluxy has helped me keep that. It's been over 3 weeks since I first used this gadget and my chin is still super smooth.

This does not work. Was so excited but it is just a waste of money. Back to the tweezers for me
