I have been using the Pluxy again over the last few days after receiving more instructions from Pluxy. I am getting much better results now. I have given 4 stars instead of 5 because it takes a few goes to get it right. Pluxy have answered all my questions, so I have to commend them for their after sales care. I am now happy to recommend the product but patience is needed to get it right.

After I wrote a review and giving Pluxy an 1 for their lack of customer service, I heard back from them immediately. They remedied the situation and I did receive my money back. I really appreciate them reaching out and making things right. I'm giving them a 4 because of the delay of finally hearing from them.

This may work for others but not for me, it doesn't take away all the hair, and had to use tweezers, day after I had prickly hairs growing back. I had a braun eplilater for your face which works much better than this. And cheaper, £49 is a lot of money to pay for something that simply doesn't work like you said it will I have not has any response from you at all,

Leaving 1 star because I can’t leave less. Please do NOT buy anything from these guys!! For their hair removal machine they promised pain free and it certainly was not. It left me with a massive rash and bleeding. It’s an absolute waste of money.

Got rid of my facial hair for 34 days!

This is simply the best little gadget ever ,I wish I'd found pluxy years ago ,it works so well gets every last hair on my face ,my skin is so smooth, it's so easy to use and it really does the job ,I'm so glad I've finally found a gadget that works well for facial hair ,so glad I bought pluxy .

I bought Epil Pro 3.0. Please do not waste your money. This thing is not what they claim. I complained back and got 30% refund. Great; I tried again and again and again. It is useless. If you are going to waste/buy get the Body Pluxy one. Itt has three to get what I need. The Epil Pro 3.0 did not promise to do what it is suppose to do. There are the problem areas right under you nose that it cannot get too. Just don't do it. Go get waxes which will cost you less. Not worth the price way over priced. That is my experience to this day. I keep trying but a true failure.

Great results I wish I had purchased Pluxy sooner. It works so well, I’m amazed ! There was slight discomfort at first but once I was used to it, I love using it . The rate of regrowth has slowed a LOT . I keep touching my face, it’s so very smooth. I feel a lot more confident now
