Great epilator
I am finding using the face epilator so easy, quick and it gives great results. It is a little painful but no more than tweezing. I have really coarse hair and it deals with it really well, hopefully it will grow back finer and less. Thanks Pluxy.

So easy to use
So easy to use. Glides smoothly over your skin. I used it before bedtime so the redness was gone by morning. I used to use A different epilator on my legs and after a few years the hair just kind of goes away, so I’m sure it’s going to happen on my face and under arms too. Thank you, Pluxy for inventing this for the face and under arms. Pluxy works much better than the epilady I used on my legs.

Pluxy worked fine for three uses
Pluxy worked fine for three uses. The motor would switch on and off but the hair removal part did not turn. I contacted supportat pluxy.co.uk and got a reply asking for a video. When I tried (many times) to reply and send the video it came back ‘unable to send’. I sent just a simple email to the support again to explain. A reply exactly the same as the first came in, the senders name was different but STILL asking for a video! I paid over the odds for this gadget (stupidly) only to find the same item on Amazon. Buyers beware‼️

Not what I expected
I got mine today after 10 days and after I emailed them that I did not receive it yet. I don't think its working on me. I have many tiny facial hair and very stubborn thick chin hair. And when I used Pluxy, I could only get rid of very few tiny hair and when I tried to remove my thick hair on my chin using Pluxy, the epilator got my skin too. But when I released the skin, the thick hair is still there and it was not removed. I had so much of hope and I'm very disappointed

Great product

An amazingly wonderful product
What an amazing product. I recently bought two - one for my sister and I. Having battled with facial hair for years, we are both SO delighted with how easily the pluxy gives us hair-free skin. It removes hairs effortlessly without the stress and time of using tweezers - we just wish we'd bought sooner! We LOVE it.

I have made a few purchases over the years with expensive hair facial removers where I haven't been impressed with the results. I purchased the pluxy and after using for the first time was so impressed with the results. Not only was it not expensive but easy to use with amazing results and smooth, soft hair free skin. As with most epliaters you need to use correctly as it will pinch the skin at times if not kept taught. I would highly recommend this product to anyone.

I was a bit Leary on purchasing this. When it came in and I tried it I was pleasantly surprised. It takes a bit to get use to. You need to take your time and make sure it is positioned correctly.
