Does not work. Thought it might be better than the epilator I have used for years. It really is painless, because it did not touch a single stray hair, even though I let it grow for two days. The power is minimal and sounds like it is struggling to do the job. The actual surface area that touches your skin is below minimal. I am not optimistic about receiving a full refund based on previous comments. Live and learn. If it is advertised on social media, you’re probably going to get a “pig-in-a-poke.

Would give 5 but it did takes me a few days to get the use of the facial epilator perfected but both work well, look really elegant and feminine too great value for money overall.

I’m really pleased with my Pluxy, I did expect using it to be a bit painful….but I’m pleased to say it’s painless and took the hairs out efficiently once I got the hang of going in the right direction. The customer service staff for Pluxy dealt quickly and patiently with a concern I had, 5 stars all round.

The Pluxy Foot Exfoliator is my favourite piece in the Pluxy Duo. It does a great job of removing rough skin on my heels. The Epil Pro 3 works well but you need to be careful as it can grab skin & leave red marks. I am getting the hang of it & having less mishaps. It does do a good job of removing chin hairs but they have to be long enough for the blades to grab them. Overall better than plucking individual hairs & it leaves my chin feeling quite smooth for several days. The razor is just OK. It does bot give my legs a real close shave. Haven’t tried the Body Epil yet. Overall this is a decent purchase & works as advertised

My first use, it had been several months of leg hair growth as I don’t like to shave. The pain was bearable and I did my entire two legs. Afterwards I had raised red bumps for about 3 hours, then it went away. It’s been almost 2 weeks and no growth yet. Success!

I have used my Pluxy a couple of times and so far am very pleased with my results. No more flashlight with a magnifying mirror finding chin hairs to pluck out daily. I love it so much I ordered the Essentials kit am looking forward to using it. I LOVE MY PLUXY!
