Painless & efficient hair removal system. I like that hair is plucked out & doesn’t promote regrowth.

Received this product about one month ago. It doesn’t work! Trying at present to return it apparently they have no record of my order despite providing a copy of order no and transaction and shipping details ??? Very strange indeed. I would strongly urge not to buy or have dealings g with this company. With respect to other complaints the return is not valid either.

I am in the Uk and kept seeing this product on Facebook and fell for the comments/reviews on there which I can only assume aren’t genuine. The product is complete ineffective on thicker hairs. I thought maybe I needed to press harder but that scraped my skin horribly, took a week to heal. Read their advice about angling etc, tried again, no results at all. In all fairness it did reduce the tiny soft hairs a little but no impact at all on the thicker problem hairs that I bought it for. The full refund guarantee is worthless. Postage is about £21 to return it. They obviously get so many complaints you get an automated message offered a 30% refund. I declined and sent product back as I want them to have to reimburse me and not get away with the 30%. Still waiting….

I love my Pluxy. It's truly the best thing I've ever purchased for the hair on my face. As I've aged, I get these stubborn thicker white hairs. My Pluxy pulls them right out and leaves my face feeling so soft and smooth, and all within only a minute or two. No more creams, tweezers, wax strips, etc, for me. I couldn't be happier. By the way, when my sister comes to visit, I hear her using it now. Lol. Looks like I'll be getting her one for Christmas. Thank you for such an awesome product.

Hi Sheryl, your review absolutely made our day! We’re so happy that Pluxy has become your go-to for keeping your face smooth and soft. It’s wonderful to hear it’s working so well on those stubborn hairs, and we love that your sister is already a fan too—what a perfect Christmas gift! Thank you for sharing such kind words and for choosing Pluxy.

Received the product and I think the design is really flawed , it looks like it has too much a guard around it and like people say won’t remove hairs I contacted them to return which they said was fine but it is in the US and is going to cost £18 , clearly to discourage returns , no mention of this when ordering ! Total rip off and would not recommend, inferior product and service !

I’ve been trying to get a return for three weeks. I’ve sent multiple emails. They sent me a video told me to try it again. I did that. They told me they don’t have my order number. I provided screenshots of the email they sent with the order number in it. I presented three different examples of the order number. I cannot get them to respond on how to return this product. You have to email them.

This product works. I wasn’t sure about it and thought another gimmick for the basket! But I will never be without my pluxy now. It’s a bit awkward to start with and s little loud ! But it actually works. Definitely recommend to a friend
