I am a little disappointed. I purchased this item for $79.95, after seeing a Facebook ad. Later that evening, I saw the same product, on your site for $59.95. So I paid $20 dollars more, for the same product!!!!

Can grab skin and chew it up!
In theory, this is a great idea for hair removal. I ordered one and followed directions exactly. What they don't tell you, is how it can grab chunks of your skin, how badly it mangles it, and how badly it hurts! Even holding skin taut as directed, those little "tweezer" gears grabbed my skin and chewed it up. Once at the upper corner of my lip, once on my chin and once on my jawline. When it happens, try not to panic because of the shock and pain, and quickly turn it off to release the skin. It removed the skin in those places and left me with lovely sores and scabs that lasted a couple of weeks. They also don't tell you that there are some hairs it absolutely will not remove and you'll need to tweeze those manually. I contacted customer service to do a return, telling them about my experience with what turned out to be a dangerous tool. They refunded it, told me to keep it, and I haven't used it again because I'm actually afraid to. That's how badly it hurts and I'm not doing that to my skin and face again! Makes me wonder if they're having a lot of issues with this happening to other people. This was a horrible experience and I do not recommend this product at all, and plan on looking for something a little less dangerous. Until then, I'll keep my tweezers handy. Use at your own risk!

AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL. They have a 90 day return, but will not respond to emails asking about a return. Absolutely disgusting. I'm going to contact Trading Standards here in the UK to get this shut down.
