I am giving 5 stars. Does it get every single hair, every single time, no. But neither does waxing and this tool is way more convenient then waxing and whole price, a lot cheaper. It does take some getting used to, but I followed the video tutorial and have had no issues. Being able to jump in the shower and take care of facial hair removal and throwing the Pluxy in my suitcase has been a game changer.

Absolutely disgusted by customer service. I’m not happy with the product and as per their money back guarantee I have tried on multiple occasions to contact via email and also on the chat site and nothing - I want my money back!!!!

I still have not received an answer in reference to the Body Epil Pro that is defective and I would like a replacement. I have never received a response in my email even though Pluxy states they have sent me emails. I am just really aggravated and really would just like my money back. I find it pretty strange that I can get the emails from Trustpilot but not directly to my email. Once again I have never received an email through your email address. I have no emails in my spam folder or in my inbox. I just don't understand the issue.
