Haven't received my item yet but I don't expect it until the beginning of May. No complaints thus far. Customer service was very helpful. Can't believe I got a person right away!

I placed my order and forgot to include the Promo for free shipping. I sent an email to Customer Service and received a response within 2 hours. They were kind enough to refund the shipping cost and I received my refund within 4 business day. Most companies take up to 2-3 weeks to process refunds so I was pleasantly surprise to see the refund in my account so early. Kudos to Chris and Jeanette for the high level of Customer Service they provided.

This site has really great prices and even though I didn't order a plus size gown the gown that I did order was cheaper here then anywhere else. And cheaper by quite a lot of money. I was, however, somewhat confused about the time it would take to get my dress. I wish I would have been notified before I placed the order that the manufacturer would take 4 months to make it. But when I called to see why it would take so long the girl was extremely helpful and explained my options at that point. I haven't received the dress yet, but I'm confident that if there are any problems with it that I will be taken care of.

I ordered my dress thru PSBridal Online and so far have been more than pleased. Every representative I have interacted with has been so helpful, very good at answering all my questions and alleviating any concerns about ordering such a big purchase over the internet. And on top of that their prices can't be beat. Overall a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to any bride!

I had found "THE" dress on another website for $500 but with further searching I discovered PSBridal.com. My dress was there for $324 and by "liking" the company on Facebook I even found a coupon for free standard ground shipping!!! I called before ordering online to see if the dress was in stock and it wasn't, but Dena made quick contact with the manufacture and found that the dress was in stock with them and would ship to PSBridal immediately following my order. Long story short, I ordered my dress Monday and it arrived around noon on Friday! It is a little large, but I ordered that way on purpose. I have already recommended the site to friends! I am fuious, actually. I have called and left messages on a daily basis for the last two weeks and have yet to get a phone call or email back confiming what size was actually ordered. I am NOT a size ZERO and if I was, I certianly would not be ordering a BRIDESMAID dress from `PLUS`size bridal....this site has got one of the WORST online order forms I have ever seen. When....IF my order actually arrives, I am sending it back and demanding my money back...I have never been so furious before in my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I found a site for plus size lingerie and the price was reasonable. I ordered 2 sets and waited for shipping confirmation. I did receive an order number so I can track the order but never any shipping info. I noticed the website did say it could take up to 3-5 days for the info. I decided to call only to fnd out 1 item was on backorder and the other had not shipped yet. I thought it was particularly nice that at the time of placing the order a request date was asked. I gave a reasonable date since I am an online shopper. Very disappointed that I had to call to find out the date would not be met and the other is backordered. I requested to have the order cancelled - not a good way for me to spend my hard earned money on a company that doesnt provide decent customer service. I do want to note that I did receive an email telling me the refund was processed. If only I had received prior notification of the order delay....hmmmm.

Excellent customer service. Fantastic prices. Would buy from them for any formal gown needs. Highly recommend them to all people. Exceptionally helpful to have them on my side as a bride.
