When booking my bridesmaids dresses I chose PS Bridal over all the other online shops I had researched. PS Bridal always answered my emails promptly and were very helpful with answering all the 100's of questions I had before I went ahead with my order. I am due to receive my dresses in a few weeks and I think it's great that I can track my order on their web site. Also PS Bridal were the best value for dresses that I had researched. So far I am a very happy customer and really looking forward to seeing my fabulous dresses which I originally saw in a bridal boutique in my home town for alot more money!

I can't say enough about PS Bridal! The bridal boutique where I found my dress marked up EVERYTHING (from the dress to measurements/shipping/alterations/additional beaded trim). My cost was half through PS Bridal of what the boutique had quoted. I was so excited to find them online. We corresponded via email and phone. EVERYtime I had questions Chris answered promptly (even around the holidays). I have yet to receive my dress - but I have no doubt it will be spectacular. I have told all of my bride-to-be friends about them!

So nice and extremely helpful..... I couldn't have been happier with their service and how helpful they were. I called many other places for bridesmaid dresses and this company was BY FAR the best....!!! I will be recommending this company to ALL of my friends getting married!!! :-)

.Considering this is the most important decision a bride can make, I found it incredibly easy with PSBridal.com. The selections are wonderful and the manufacturer/sizing information is accurate. I phoned them first (as they suggested) to make sure my dress was in stock. I then purchased with my dress with no problems. I received immediate order confirmation and prompt shipping/tracking info. I ordered a dress according to the wrong size chart and one of the workers called me with in a few days to make sure that was truly the size I needed. She was very patient with me while I figured out what size I really needed! They were very helpful and I would order from them again for sure!

I was very nervous ordeing dresses online but I am glad I took the leap. I researched the company with the US Better Business Bureau and ordered. I got shoes, a veil and the dress I wanted for less than the price that boutiques in my area were charging. I also ordered two bridesmaid gowns. Everything arrived as ordered AND it came early. Great store

I ordered my wedding gown and bridesmaids dresses from this company. They arrived on schedule and I saved the girls a ton of money. The lady in customer service is awesome. She made sure the dresses color options were right when we ordered and shipped them out to each of my girls when they arrived. I would highly recommend this company!
