I have not received my dress yet, but I called before I ordered and the staff was very helpful. They gave me an estimated time frim for receiving the dress on the phone. The dress that I ordered was almost double the price at a local bridal shop, wher I was able to try on the dress.

Very responsive, great customer service to make sure you get your dress on time. The price for my bridesmaids dresses were the best I could find online and in store! Thank you!

The process was quick and painless. The prices were the best on the internet. I did an exhaustive search, only to come back to the first like (plussizebridal.com) I was very confused by how much time it would take to get my dresses. So we will be cutting it close and there better not be any delivery snafoos.

Just ordered 3 Allure bridsmaid dresses. I had a good experience when I ordered my Allure bridal gown here and decided to also order my bridsmaid dress with PS bridal. They are super accomadating and friendly to work with. Chris is fast and wonderful in answering all my questions through email and ordering through the phone was very smooth and really easy. Highly recommend you order your gown or bridsmaid dress here at PS bridal!!! =D

The dress I loved from Alfred Angelo was from last season, and I was worried it wouldn't be in stock. I left a message (I called after they were closed) and Jeanette called me back promptly the next day to let me know it was. When I called back to order it Jeanette ended up being my rep and she was so sweet! She remembered me and walked me through the process, and the dress ended up being more than $150 off the clearance price in the store. I will absolutely recommend PS Bridal!

She was Honest with me which the other 2 Bridal places were not! There was not hidden charges as the other Bridal Companies were going to charge! I have not received my dress yet as I just ordered it last week! I have recommened them to the rest of the Bridal Party!
