Good Morning Teresa, Thank you so much for being a return customer, I do apologize for any issues with the tracking you received. I do see here you have an order for a 9x12 Log Cabin Rug, that was marked as shipped on May 14th. Per the carriers tracking link that was provided via email, the shipment was confirmed picked-up on May 16th from our warehouse in CA and is currently in transit. The estimated date for arrival at the delivery terminal is May 23rd. Once the rug arrives to that terminal and is processed, the carrier will call you to schedule delivery.
