My rug was actually delivered early, however, my only complaint was that I wish they would have placed it on my porch rather than my driveway.

I am upset to find out the rug I ordered is out of stock AFTER ordering it and waiting a week. To find out you won't have it for a year is insane.

After we processed your order and spoke with our warehouse to check restock status, we conveyed that the estimated restock date was currently roughly 1 year. No shipping notification
I am not sure if I received the 20% off sale price over the Memorial Day weekend. Also, the company that shipped the rug did not wrap it in plastic before placing it in shipping box. They did not notify me when it would ship or provide delivery updates. Fed Ex dropped it at the end of our driveway and a severe thunder storm took place the same day. My rug was soaked!!

I received my order timely and at a good price. I had been looking for this rug in this size for a long time. This is a very pretty rug with distinctive coloring and a very dense weave. I was pleased to find it. The packaging was great. I was concerned that it could arrive soiled. That will not be a concern for the next order.
