I wanted to cancel my order a few hours after placing it. I was told my order had already shipped and I would be charged a 10% restocking fee. I think this is really bad business.

I received my beautiful area rug and knew I made the right decision. The design and colors were so vibrant and it fit perfect in my entrance hall. When I unrolled it the rug was almost flat and a day later very flat. Would recommend RugPlush to anyone.

We ordered an 8x10 Frank Lloyd Wright area rug and love its look and comfort. It seems to be good quality and it arrived timely after ordering. 2 reasons I gave it 4/5 stars was 1) the website said I’d receive a 10% discount by signing up for email, but did not receive because the item was on sale, 2) while I was notified when the item had shipped, there was no tracking number. It would have been good to know when it was arriving should the weather have been bad.
