Ease of virtual, appointment availability

Jeanette J from the Care Team helped me this morning and she was just terrific. She helped me through my numerous issues and I give her an A ++. I really appreciate how she hung in there and when I have my appointment this afternoon, I will have no remaining issues, just the appointment. Great job Jeanette and I appreciate you.

I had dig deep for the courage to seek help. Then even more to schedule the appointment and show up (yes, even virtually was very difficult for me). Just to have the Sunnie Wang not show up then be told sorry the dr. was running late and we have to reschedule or cancel. Running late? No, the dr. did not show. I waited in the call for 45 minutes. Then thought how harmful is this to someone? To finally reach out for help only to be ignored. Shame on that dr. and on plushcare.

They don’t mention, even after asking that a doctors appointment is required every single month! After three in the first. So be prepared for month(whatever your insurance is) 1 to be hundreds, each month after to be over a hundred plus cost of meds. Insane.
