My first telemed experience was perfect! The doctor was attentive, responsive, gave me exactly what I needed and wanted immediately. I am recovering nicely, although I am away from home and could not access my doctor back home, thanks to my virtual appointment.

Useless...I had my usual sinus infection that I get the same time every year,but the doctor said I had to get a covid test first,so no antibiotic for me.Promptly cancelled my subscription.NOT EVERYTHING IS COVID!!!!

I had a wedding to attend the next day. I remembered some time ago I dropped the medication bottle. It seems I must not have picked up all the pills so now I had only enough bloodpressure medication for 2 days. I called Plush and they got my prescription right away at the nearest pharmacy. Also I enjoyed the wedding stress free.

We really are living in an age of convenience and Plushcare is a perfect example of how we are so blessed to live in 2022 where we don't have to wait any longer in lines for hours next to people who have whatever they are standing in line for to waste precious hours away from our families or work, just to see someone who spends 2 minutes with us, to hand us a prescription. This service was fast and easy and exactly what I could have hoped for. I don't have time to waste on waiting.... being able to schedule an appt and see a doctor who spoke clearly and knowledgeably exactly at the time I scheduled is everyone's wish come true My only gripe with the company is it's another subscription-based, have to sign up with a credit card program that is going to take money from me monthly that they are hoping ill forget about and allow them to continue to take until I cancel. God, we have enough of these kinds of companies this year. Everything is a subscription... can't we just pay as we go. What happened to just making money when you perform a service and not making money when your not? But other than that I loved it.

Plushcare thinks a bad review is fake. Reference 1970365. Doc niwdooG will tell you about OTC options while her cat plays in front of the camera during your "medical" visit. Doc llehctiM will tell you about OTC medication and offer no treatment as well. Plushcare "doctors" do not seem to be able to prescribe anything. But if you want to pay to hear about OTC medications Plushcare is the place to be.

Dr. Marks is the best! Plush Care is a life saver.

I would give zero stars if I could. I spent $169 for a 20-25 minute session with a therapist. Nowhere on the website does it say how long the the sessions last. How long are you paying for? Because $169 for less then 30 minutes is straight up WRONG!!! So how long are the sessions supposed to last??? Nobody had told me yet. DON’T WASTE your TIME or MONEY on therapy sessions at PlushCare. Complete scam!!!
