I have used PlushCare several times and I highly recommend it. My most recent call with Dr Linda Alic was another example of the excellent service I received. She listened to my health need, ask all the right questions and made suggestions regarding my thyroid problems to make sure I follow in order to keep me healthy. She is an excellent Doctor and I even wish she lived in Smyrna, Georgia instead of Texas I would switch and use her as my Primary Care Doctor. I will continue to use PlushCare when needed for the convenience and knowing you have excellent Doctors to choose from!

Amazing company I downloaded the app had a Dr. Appointment within two hours on Friday night at 9:15 pm. Got my prescription the next day at local pharmacy using my medical insurance.

They gave me a prescription, but only for one month.

I explained to the doctor a medication that I had previously used safely and another class of medication that I had used with side effects and undesirable results. She prescribed a medication of the latter class at a time when it was important I receive benefits from it and it made me quite ill and temporarily unable to function to complete the very activities that I needed help from a med to be able to handle. Days later, I sent her online details from FDA for their approval of an eye drop to alleviate presbyopia, a benign condition, that I substantiated as the only eye condition I have. There were no medical records or lab tests done for the previous encounter where strong medication and a serious diagnosis was made (that was misaligned with the facts I supplied), yet she refused to prescribe the eye drop, citing that it was for glaucoma and I should go to the eye doctor to be tested for glaucoma and have them prescribe it. This whole disruptive experience has cost me about $100.

Super easy scheduling, the physician listened to my concerns and worked out a treatment plan. I even received a follow up message asking if I had any more questions/needs. This type of care is super efficient and makes better sense than the traditional office-based primary care (for most medical needs where an in person visit is not required). I am super satisfied with the entire process. Everyone responds to your needs quickly which is unheard of in a typical office-based practice.
