This is a great service, the doctor was courteous and knowledgeable, lots of appointment times available, it's everything they claim it is in the ads.

My daughter was very sick on a late Saturday night and I couldn’t get in touch with our pediatrician so I tried PlushCare and I was very impressed with the service and quality of care I received. Customer service was very helpful and walked me threw every step. The Dr I saw for my daughter was very thorough and asked questions and even had me send pictures of her throat so they could look at it close up. I will definitely be using PlushCare again.

My doctor was out of town, and it was too late in a day to go to Immediate Care. My daughter’s has received confirmed Influenza type A results. I started having symptoms too. But I needed a prescription for antiviral pill which should be taken within 48 hours of first symptoms. I came across PlushCare and was able to schedule appointment within 30 mins. The doctor was very knowledgeable and did a thorough review with me regarding my condition and treatment. The prescription was sent right away directly to my pharmacy. Super convenient, highly recommend, and definitely using it in the future.

I have used your service several times now and each time has been a good experience. The only thing I see is that each visit is with a different DR. This creates a new setting and as human nature has it, the DR has a “raised eyebrow” regarding a possible ulterior motive for the call. They are naturally cautious on prescribing any prescription. Sometimes difficult for the caller as they need to establish credibility to the DR. In other words… There is no relationship that can be built in individual single session that are on-line. What options, if any, are available? Note: I do have a family DR but it seems their response time (sometimes days) has been extended and no longer acceptable to me. Your service is in hours….love the customer service !!
