Dr. Patrick has a huge ego - He did not seek to understand, rather turned very cocky and argumentative during the consultation. I've never had such a terrible experience with a doctor in my life.

Scam, do not use this site. No clear what will be required prior to making appointment. And will charge you $75 for canceling within 2 hrs of appointment, and that almost they show is available. Customer service awful and only by email.

I was having a difficult and frustrating time getting a refill prescription straightened out - until I spoke with Sanniyah. She got the ball rolling in the right direction. Her professional, friendly and cheerful customer service demeanor made all the difference!! The 'experience' I had continued on with getting a refill... Tonya J. in Customer Service was incredibly helpful; she did the due diligence and got this simple problem resolved in a helpful and friendly, professional manner.

Have been using for a year or so.... And it's clear why they named it PLUSHcare. The service approach overall is a little more caring and involved than others online. I've used several others, which were fine, but not as concierged. The app works well. All of the doctors were great. I found a doctor who suits me best on try #3 and have been seeing them ever since. After years of my woes being dismissed by other providers, Plushcare provided impressively qualified doctors who were willing to look further into my issues, including having locally done lab work and candid discussions on medications and the holistic alternatives I had considered. It's well worth the $20/month. You will feel like you have a whole team working for you and with you, not just some cramped office squeezing you in and rushing you through which is so common these days. I also recommend Plushcare to anyone who can't easily leave home and needs to speak with a doctor. My insurance covers everything but I do pay the $20/month out of pocket. Small price to pay for finally resolving a number of my health issues with a top physician.

I discovered Dr. Counts on a medical app. I felt an immediate rapport with her after she laughed at a joke! Laughter lightens anxiety. I felt heard, respected and cared about during the telehealth visit. Hoping Dr. Counts gets licensed to practice telehealth in my home state!
