Had multiple very negative experiences with the physicians so far!

I just had my 3rd Appointment with Dr Jasmina Krstic. Im seeing her for weight loss. She is amazing. She is smart, professional, skilled and understanding. I highly recommend Dr Jasmina Krstic and PlushCare. This has been a real blessing in my life. My Husband is going to make an appointment with Dr K as well for weight loss help too.

Doctor was nice and could see me quickly but the actual process to get your prescription is ridiculous. I followed up 4 days after my appointment with the care team. Only then did they send me a prior authorization form. Immediately filled it out and they are now saying it’ll be up to 10 business days before they even submit it to insurance. So at that point it will have been 18 days since my appointment before they submit to insurance. Then I have to wait for insurance to approve. Meanwhile they are messaging me about setting up a follow up appointment. Sure they are on top of that to make sure they generate as much income as possible but not worried about providing actual care. Hard pass, I would go elsewhere.

Very convenient and my doctor has been great. Easy to book hours that are convenient for you... typically next day, even same day.

Doctor was responsive, on time and gave good advice. App was also easy to use. Staff call center was very quick and followed through with instructions. Could not ask for more. That is how you run a business.

I need pre approval for my medication which was perscribed from my plushcare doctor. My insurance is waiting for a form to fill my perscription. I have sent several messages and asked to be given an email to contact my doctor. I recieved an automatic email with no real response. This has been weeks. My insurance will cover my medication but needs more information from the doctor.

First time as a patient on PlushCare and I was met with the most rude, impatient Dr. Appt. Was virtual at 9:30pm CT and he appeared on the video call as if I had awaken him out of his sleep, he rushed through any questions I had by simply saying, “ I don’t know, I don’t know? You have to ask the customer service about that” He didn’t complete any notes on me, only orders labs and ended the call within 3 minutes. Stay far away from Dr. Daniel Crabtree if I were you.
