Hi Adrian, We contacted you and sent the updated video. We sincerely apologize for the mistakes and delay. All of our videos are edited manually by our small team, and unfortunately we experienced a very high volume of orders, which led to some errors during the editing process. We completely understand your frustration and are truly sorry for the experience. Thank you for your patience and understanding. PlusCup Team

Wow! AMAZING
Wow! My 4 year old son currently loves Sonic - I wasn't sure how good the video was going to be when I ordered it but receiving it now (in less than 24 hours) - I am super glad I ordered it. My son will love this so much. There's a whole story line like its just another episode of his favourite cartoon and then it mentions his name with its proper pronunciation multiple times. I can't wait to show him on his birthday in 2 days

Far exceeds my expectations!
This is the most fun thing I have found for my grandson in a very long time. Theo is a big Elmo fan and having him wish my grandson a happy birthday is going to be a huge hit. I am not a very technically savvy person and this was so easy to put together. The quality is much better than I expected. The video is also longer than I expected. I cannot wait for Theo to see this adorable video and I just know he is going to watch it over and over again. I'm already planning the next character, probably Bluey, that I will be using to greet my sweet grandson. Recommend highly. Very, very highly!
