Super cute video. Definitely worth it, but why have us spell out the sounding of the name if you’re going to totally ignore it and mispronounce the name? My child is 2 years old, so her hearing her actual name is kind of the point. When you don’t say it, she doesn’t know it’s for her… Ken-Lee is pretty exact for how to say Kenleigh, yet you all ignored that. Super disappointed in that aspect.

The video would of been more meaningful if you would have added my niece's picture. I had uploaded it properly so what happened to her picture. I'm disappointed.

I ordered the Snow White video for my Daughter's 3rd Birthday. I did not receive the video within 3 business days and had emailed to make enquiries. However did not got get a reply and my little girl Birthday had pasted. Finally got an email back to say they had trouble with video. I asked for a refund as the her Birthday had now gone. They advised they completely understand and will still the send the video but nothing about a refund. I had received the video now but how can i show that to my Little girl when her Birthday has now passed. Will be emailing back to requesting for a refund again.

I purchased this as a special gift for my 2 yr old grandson, paid the extra for rush delivery and it arrived too late. Literally just minutes before the 24 hour delivery as promised. The beginning of the video was cute and personable but the ending when Thomas sang happy birthday he kept repeating my friend instead of my grandson’s name. That was very disappointing. I wrote back and asked for a remake to make things right but it’s been 4 days now and no response.

Ordered two custom videos with a picture. Received one the next day of ordering and have been waiting a week for the other. Emailed twice and still haven’t got a response. I won’t be able to show it as a birthday gift. Very disappointed.

Disappointed…… it was a very good video but on the wording, it says turning five and she is actually turning six and Rumi even states that she is turning six which is great but the wording has a five on it. Too late to change it now I guess we’ll go with it.

It’s nice to have a personalized Bluey episode of for your daugther’s birthday. They mass produced these videos so mistakes happen. Instead of April turns 3. It said Ava turns 6. Very wrong and not a typo. Just the title was wrong, so I asked for the title to be corrected the same day it was delivered on May 24. I got no response. I asked again on May 27, but no response. At least my message was right and her name was right throughout the video.
