The video is good quality and was sent to me within hours. All correspondence has been really quick and you are actually talking to a person rather than a chat bot. I know my daughter is going to be super excited when it’s her birthday. The reason I haven’t given 5 stars is that I think it’s a little over priced

The video turned out great, needed to email a voice recording so the prounciation was right, it got corrected straight away.Keep in mind you will need dropbox app to be able to watch your video, i had to download app at a price, and it cannot be shared. The video is for my 3 year old grandsons Toy story dress up birthday party, he eill love it!!

Absolutely worth it! I paid the extra fee to have it done in 24 hours as it was a last minute gift and it arrived the next day as promised. I had a Moana Birthday video made for my granddaughter’s 1st birthday. It was beyond perfect. The original song was spectacular! We will cherish it always.

The video had originally mispronounced my child’s name, although the prononciation was very clearly written. The issue was quite easy to fix, I reached out and it took an extra day or two to have the video redone. Overall it is a very cute idea for your child, it is simple but sweet. I suggest not having this as a last minute thing in case there are any issues with the video.

I ordered a Dino video for my Dad. It is great! The company uses AI to animate characters and backgrounds and presumably write standard scripts and songs as well. But the product is very good, the animation is bright, detailed and quite accurate. The songs and scripts are gorgeous. This is a great digital gift for family and friends who live far from you. I will definitely be ordering a K-pop one for a friend who lives away! 4 stars because it took a while to receive it and you may need to speak to the company via socials.

The video is so sweet and adorable of course it made me smile and tear up listening to this special message for our little one. I like the dance option of the video it was super cute. I wish it wasn’t so pricy for a 3 minute video, and the ending was a little odd. But hoping it puts a smile on my little one’s face. Thanks again.
