This is absolutely amazing. This will make my little girls day when she sees it. It brought a tear to my eyes it’s so special. Thank you so much. Will be ordering another for my nieces birthday in a couple of days and the my nephews in a couple of months. I 100% recommend this it will not disappoint. Was delivered so fast too.

I love this I’ll be using it for my other nieces birthday as well. I ordered this on Saturday night and got it back Monday and my niece birthday is in May so planning ahead really helped. No errors just instead of say tete ( tea tea) it said (Tie Tie) nothing major she’s going to love it regardless because it’s K-pop and she’ll see a picture of us both. Good job !

Updating my review because they were very responsive and able to get my the video back the same day so he did see it on his birthday and they are taking steps to make this clearer for future customers, which is good customer service! Origins review was 1 star due to this: Ordered a custom Bluey video for my son back in January when I found this company online and it was delivered to my email. I saved the link to show my son because it would not allow me to save it to my device. This morning, my son’s birthday, I click the link to show him, and it says the video was deleted by the company!!!!! So I can’t show my son the video I paid for!!! I’m SO disappointed! He leaves for school in a few minutes and I wanted to show him this before he left for the day :( There is NOTHING in the delivery email that says the video will be deleted in a certain amount of time (why would it? We paid for it!). I’ve emailed them to see if there’s anything the can do but honestly I’m already so disappointed that on my son’s birthday morning I couldn’t show him this surprise I had planned for months.

Hi Elizabeth, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and please accept our deepest apologies for the disappointment this caused, especially on your son's birthday morning. We completely understand how special this surprise was meant to be, and we're so sorry we let you down. Why this happened: For security and privacy reasons, all custom video links are automatically removed from our delivery system after 30 days. We acknowledge that this timeframe wasn't clearly stated in our original delivery email, and we're already updating our communications to ensure this is transparent for future customers. What we've done: As soon as we received your email, our team located your order and re-uploaded your custom Bluey video. A new, active link has been sent directly to your inbox (please check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it right away). To keep your video safe this time: When you open the new link, please download or save the video to your device so you can enjoy it anytime—no expiration worries. We truly value your trust and are so glad we could help restore this special moment for your son. If you need any further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly at [support email]. Wishing your son the happiest birthday! Warmly, Lina PlusCup Team

Absolutely incredible job!! The content, song and messaging beyond perfect. If I could give more stars than 5, hands down I would. Extremely pleased with the outcome and would purchase again!! Great work!!

Rush ordered a Bluey clip and it came through within 24 hours so good stuff. Starts off good but then the birthday song they dance to is so random and sung with an American accent which doesn’t fit with the theme at all. The song is awful as well. It then has 2 minutes of random clips from Bluey episodes just banged together. I emailed this feedback and received an email back saying it would be edited. 24 hours later I followed up and received an email back saying it couldn’t be edited. Why offer? It’s so bad I feel embarrassed showing it to my daughter…do not waste your money and the customer service is abysmal.

Hi Rikki, We’re really sorry to hear this, and we completely understand your disappointment. Thank you for acknowledging that the rush delivery was completed within 24 hours, but we’re truly sorry the final video did not meet your expectations. We understand your concerns regarding the birthday song, accent, and the ending clips. Some parts of our videos use pre-made edited segments, and unfortunately certain elements cannot always be changed after delivery, which should have been explained more clearly to you from the beginning. We also sincerely apologize for the confusion caused by our support responses regarding the edit request. That’s not the experience we want any customer to have. Your feedback is important to us and helps us improve both our videos and communication going forward. Again, we’re very sorry for the frustration caused. Thank you, PlusCup Team

The video quality was absolutely perfect and the messaging was great. But the service level was unequivocally excellent. This was my first purchase and I will continue to buy from them as the opportunities present themselves. My daughter is going to love it. I can’t wait.

Wow! I’m amazed at how good they made this video. Using my son’s favorite show. It really just made his whole birthday. I can recommend this service to anybody that has little kids. They would love it. Five out of five!
