The video editing is fine but I expected that his name would be called more times especially in the happy birthday song (happy birthday to URIEL )

Watch out for typos
Video was awesome with the exception of a typo. I immediately sent a correction request hoping that it would garner a quick response and edit, to no avail. Had to deliver to recipient as is, which they loved, but the typo and lack of response are disappointing. They require better quality control and communication practices.

Inside the book it says “turns 3” she is turning 6. Everything else was nice and correct

I want to start by saying I ordered the K-pop demon hunters video and I understand it’s fairly new and I just feel like it needs a little work. The video I got sent has music that is not from the movie and it threw me off because why wouldn’t they use their iconic golden song(that’s literally the scene that was used). The message from Rumi was perfect I did end up keeping that part and Zoey’s as well but I did have to edit out all the singing and put the golden song and fixing it up. Ordering is easy and I received the video just as fast but those were the only issues I had. It needs a bit of work.

Because this version was created specifically as a birthday video, we included a birthday-style song rather than the movie’s “Golden” track, to better match the celebration theme. Disappointing
I wrote a glowing review earlier, but asked them to change the pronunciation of our names in the video and they said they would if I sent them a video message saying the names correctly. Send video and never heard back from them. Disappointing. Once they get your money, don't expect great service.

In addition, you requested that the name be included inside the song itself. At the time, we explained that we were unable to add names directly into the song, and we were transparent about this limitation from the beginning. Regarding pronunciation, we requested a voice recording to ensure accuracy, which you kindly sent. An updated edit was prepared and shared, but there appears to have been a communication gap afterward. We’re truly sorry for any frustration this caused. Nice but short
It was a cool creative gesture, nicely organized and clear but it was extremely short for the price.

Not terrible
Not terrible, but not what I expected. Other than the opening sequence with my daughter photo, the video was not very specific to her occasion. It was just clips from familiar bluey episodes. But my bigger issue is that even after describing the proper pronunciation of my daughter’s name, it was pronounced incorrectly, further adding to the lack of specificity of the video package.
