Been using ploxhost for about 2 months or so, and overall I am satisfied. Had some issues here and there, but the staffs were quick to rectify the issues. Community helpers are also active on the discord server to help with minor issues.

8/10 service, super helpful staffs, host is 100% smooth and have no problems at all. Well the only problem is lack of staff at a certain timezone like GMT+8 where my problems can be answer swiftly thats all :) overall I love it so much :)

This host is AWESOME! I use it to host my Discord bot, and now I have 100% uptime! Thanks a bunch Plox for providing an awesome host. I couldn't be hosting my Discord bot without you!

So, I want to make this a bit more personal as when I read things I always think that they are paid for or just people who do not know what they are talking about. SOO lets go for Style Points! This host has been awesome for me and my needs. I got involved with them about two years ago now when I purchased a dedicated server from them. I at first had the machine shipped to my house so I could see it and play with it a bit as it was my first major purchase into my online life, but after that decided I would collocate the server through them. Since then I have had amazing support with very little downtime. I have been notified quickly when it goes down 99% of the time and it has been fixed within a few hours each time. When we had an issue with someone locking us out they helped us out and had us order a USB drive to back up the things we had to save prior to wiping the machine. They have been very helpful with upgrading my current plan regardless of how obnoxious my team can get with needing things and needing weird things tbh. I would recommend them completely to anyone at this point. I have throughout the years also purchased a server or 2 from their main hosting and have never had issues with lag or downtime on those as well. Now if this amazing story over the past few years did not make you buy then there is only one thing I can think of that might make you change your mind. ZMW is godlike. BOOM now you have to trust this review :P #NotCursed

very helpful staff help with every problem

PloxHost is a great place for hosting my discord bot. It comes with cheap, easy to use pterodactyl panels. I needed some assistance with setup, and support usually replied within 1-2 hours of the message, and they acted fast and professionally. This made my experience with PloxHost very clean, easy, and fast. Definitely worth a try for budget-friendly hosting that works.

Good host. NEver had an issues with lag and support is quite fast. Well worth my couple of bucks
