Good hosting for the price, though if you're on a budget, you can find cheaper options. The panel is good and the support team is amazing.

I have had no problems with their servers. I've only had one but the support got It fixed for me quickly. I've also used this service 1-2 years.

This is an update to my previous 5-star review after 6 months of use. This review focuses on the budget Minecraft hosting. I have upgraded from my last 3-gigabyte budget Minecraft hosting to the 8-gigabyte budget hosting. Plox provides a decent hosting experience for the money you pay for; however, it lacks in many other aspects. Like my last complaint, the UI is not only atrocious, but it doesn't function. The CPU and RAM indicators are inaccurate to how much my server is under load. Something as trivial as the akarin optimization flags are locked behind a paywall and are only available to servers with over 5 GB of ram. The hosting interface frequently breaks with deadlinks that make you run around in circles. My experience with support has been mediocre at best. They are relatively quick at getting back; however, support displays a lack of knowledge in Minecraft server hosting. You should expect suboptimal performance if you're using plox. Overall I'm still happy. The price is alright, and the issues are still bearable.

Great service, easy setup. Purchased their Discord bot hosting plan. They make setup super really easy such that you don't even need to install anything, you just upload your files and press start. Support is mediocre, a little slower than the web host I use for my website though it's not a huge issue. Just ends up taking a couple days sometimes, they're always quite helpful though.

Aside from about only 1 short downtime incident, I have been very impressed at the great hosting you get for such a reasonable price! I find it hard to believe some people gave 1 star for support because I found the support team very understanding and helpful :)
