Una estafa total la Epilator L3, no funciona apenas quita el pelo. Cualquier otra depiladora es mucho mejor. He pedido ayuda a la empresa y no se hacen cargo de nada. Solo piden disculpas y ya. No compréis a esta empresa, una tomadura de pelo total. The L3 Epilator is a total rip-off, it doesn't work and barely removes the hair. Any other epilator is much better. I have asked the company for help and they don't take any responsibility. They just apologize and that's it. Do not buy from this company, a total rip-off.

I returned an Osmo 2.0 TopDetect on Aug. 6 because it did not perform as advertised (didn't detect known cameras or magnets, so I would not expect it to detect hidden ones either. I followed all of the steps outlined in Osmo's return policy. I carefully packaged it and returned it, complete and undamaged, and emailed the USPS tracking # to Osmo Customer Support on Aug. 6. The tracking # shows that it was delivered to the specified address at 3:26 pm on Aug. 8. The only responses to my several subsequent email inquiries have been "Once the return is complete and our warehouse confirms that the product is in resalable condition, we'll process your full refund". I don't understand why I have to wait any longer for a refund on an item that I returned because it did not perform as advertised. Does Osmo intend to resell that TopDetect 2.0 to someone else knowing that it does not perform as advertised? This poor quality product and ongoing delay does not speak well for Osmo, its products or its customer support. Based on what has happened so far, Osmo is not a company that I would recommend doing business with.

I purchased the Osmo Ultra Pro Hairdryer, which the company describes as low noise and powerful fast drying. Very disappointed given the $200 price tag. Unfortunately it is neither. My old $40 hairdryer dries faster. They have tried to make it quiet but instead of a normal motor noise it makes an irritating high pitch air pressure sound that hurts your ears whilst putting out less air and heat than a normal hair dryer. I contacted support and they had good communication but were not willing to issue a refund since it is not defective. For $200 I was expecting to get the best hairdryer ever and never buy another. Very disappointing, won’t invest in Osmo products again.

This company is awful to do business with Stay away!! I'm extremely disappointed with the company, product and lack of Customer Service. It took almost a month for me to receive an internet router. I received the product one day before leaving for a 10 day vacation, and I was unable to attempt set-up prior to my departure. I have had the product in my possession for 3 1/2 weeks. It is not a plug and play as advertised and it is not working properly. They are now indicating that they have a 14 day return policy from the date of receipt. There is not a customer contact number, so you are left corresponding via email. It takes them at least a day to respond to emails. Never again...they are a scam!!

i ordered 8 bottles of argan oil and only received 2, They keep saying they will resolve the dispute but never do. This company is a complete scam and is ripping of hard working Australians every day. how do we stop this,

Chineese cheap products sold for 4 times more. They claimed the speed camera radar is the best on review site, now I know the site is run by them self. Bought speed camera detector for 4 times more then I could on Ali express. Only found that when arrived as I checked model on search engine. Product is poor and doesn't work as it should. Keeps beeping when there is nothing around.

Ordered a case for my Osmo 3 months ago. Still hasn’t shipped. Keep getting fobbed off and being pushed towards cancelling the order so they avoid having to honour their own 30% discount code. Terrible ongoing shopping experience.
