Bought an epilator, it should have been £99 but came with a 15% discount so i thought it must be good! Was i wrong?! It arrived in a cheap battered box so straight away i requested a refund because i realised id made a mistake but was refused as it is for intimate care. Even though it was sealed in plastic. So i thought ok..ill give it a go... The epilator is cheap plastic and takes several runs over the skin to even start. So i messaged Osmo with my concerns and they gave me 20% off....great. I thought id try the razor...it does nothing at all and the dermoplaner just ripped my skin. I came with no instructions or care guide, its cheap and nasty. Avoid!!!!

Oser dire qu'ils ont arrêté de commercialiser le tracker chat que je viens de payer 120 euros, parcequ'ils savent qu'il ne fonctionne pas, il faut oser. Ils en peposent un autre à la place mais il faut attendre le prochain bateau chinois. Quant au remboursement garanti personne ne sait... FUYEZ

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. The package came completely destroyed and Osmo refused to make it right. They offered me a 35% refund for an unusable product-completely unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and just don’t.

Buyer beware. If you place an order with them they think you have agreed to ongoing subscription and will continue to charge you. The only way to stop this is to cancel your Credit card, do not believe their claims on there website, it is fake. Their products are rubbish.

Attention grosse arnaque Aucuns moyen de se faire rembourser Lorsque nous les avons joint pour l annulation de la commande et le remboursement ce n etait pas un problème . Sauf que la livraison a été faite et le retour et le remboursement refusé
