Confusing company. Watch out Osmo advertised a blood pressure…
The date of my order was December 18, 2023. I have been dealing with company since that time. My most recent interaction occurring January 11,2023. I am listing that data here because trust pilots calendar keeps changing the dates and switches it to into the wrong dates Osmo advertised a blood pressure monitor that was actually reviewed by a good reviewer, so I thought. So I was thought I was working with a legitimate company when I ordered it, somehow in the process of ordering it it turned into osmo.com into try osmo.com and sent me Scam emails that the order was in process and Fake usps notifications, this company I presents as if it is a scam site don’t buy from it. efforts to contact them have yielded form emails I always get the same one. No human has responded to me for several days. I finally did hear from someone named George who said he was going to support me but never responded to any of the other emails. I sent him back. Uponfurther investigation I see the scam started with the review Ava’s review appeared legit, but is produced by osmo when you click the link you end up in tryosmo.com which seems to be illigitimate.do no trust. Today I heard from osmo.com. They said my product will be here in six days. I hope this is true. They gave me a link to follow the package tracking. That is not a scam. Please be aware that the Eva‘s review site is produced by osmo.com and that the link leads to the questionable try Osmo.com site and not to Osmo. I will update when I get the product. Update 9 pm try osmo.com i trying to put through non approved payments from my account. I have to shut the account down cutting me off from my deposit income. Stay away from them. Terrible and scary. January 10, I am notified that my blood pressure monitor has arrived but the information on the email does not have my apartment number so it is unclear if they have actually delivered it to me. I am disabled and cannot go to my mail box in the snow. I am unable to check my mail to see if the blood pressure monitor has come to my actual apartment On January 11 my brother was able to get to my mailbox for me and the blood pressure monitor was there. Luckily my new bank card had come to so I was able to get groceries before the blizzard sent in having had to cancel my card because of the high jinx of ribosome.com when I open the package, I find a blood pressure monitor with a wrong size cuff. I specifically ordered from osmo.com because they were the clearest about their extra large cuffs. They did not send an extra large, so I’m unable to use the blood pressure monitor I am not a businesswoman, but I am completely unclear about what this company wants. Maybe I am clear they seem to want to sell a product that gives them access to the bank account of vulnerable people who might not watch their accounts. They do not seem at all interested in accurately supporting their product. I am just gonna buy another blood pressure monitor. I do not know if I’m going to try and return this one. I am unable to give it a review because they did not provide me with the correct size cuff. It looks nice but it has been too scary dealing with the company, I cannot encourage you to consider buying from these people. If things change, I will update this review as I do not wish to give a bad review for an earnest company that is worthy of a better review. I apologize if some of my editing is not good, I cannot use the computer anymore after two strokes, and it is hard for me to control the dictation function on my computer. It does not always feed the text correctly. Hello today my therapist checked the blood pressure monitor and got it working. It is 30 points off from what it should be so much for the advertised accuracy.
