Don't be fooled by this company's misleading advertising. I bought the Provacuum vacuum cleaner, and it's an absolutely horrible product, straight out of the vacuum cleaner's past. It has a PVC-like plastic finish with burrs. It doesn't suck up anything and makes a noise that can be heard in the neighboring building. It's the worst I've ever seen, and it goes straight to the trash because it's not even worth the money to return it. Buy certified brands, not this product, which is the same as the worst Chinese counterfeits. I repeat: don't be fooled by misleading advertising.

The vacuum is a piece of garbage. Don’t order this “Pro” vacuum. Total ripoff!

Horrible company! You can buy this sane radar detector for $12 .when asked for a refund they make you send it to a company in the UK, instead of fron where it was shipped here in the U S.

Another dodgy online seller, read the wrong/false reviews. It’s becoming quite difficult to buy stuff online with so many of these companies now. Avoid!

Don’t ever buy from this company. My husband ordered a trail camera for my birthday, which didn’t arrive. When he contacted them, they said that for some mysterious reason it had been returned to the manufacturer and offered us a discount as compensation. When it finally arrived two weeks too late, it was a cheaper version, nothing like the camera he had ordered.

Seems like just another product scam. What really annoys and scares me is that this OSMO was rated as the #1 vacuum!! Sure glad I read some of these customer reviews.
